3. Shipping Costs

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages once they have been scanned as delivered by the carrier.

For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will assist with claims or replacements as appropriate.
8. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g., unclaimed, refused, or invalid address), we will notify you.
Reshipping will require payment of additional shipping fees.
If no response is received within 14 days, the order may be refunded (excluding original shipping costs).
